It is a news network, so long as it is not covering politics, science, education, or interests of the rich, the poor, and the middle class. I'm sure that leaves something for them to be an actual news network for, it's hard to slant firemen rescuing kittens from trees after all.

The big news here is that Paul will be making the announcement as to whom the service partner will be. What I know is that this chain has 800 outlets nationally. Their representatives will also be on the show. I couldn't any more information out of Jerome.
