I got a update this morning. I have been disappointed not to see our 'Elio Bill' in the Ohio Revised Code, available on line. I had a few fellows ask about it also because it still shows the 'Old Elio Bill' which didn't cover the passenger and still required helmet for Novelist 'riders' and didn't come into effect till 1-1-2017! Well, Good News Folk. The On Line ORC will be updated by Monday May 4th. We're covered. We got alot to celebrate.

Oh My Goodness, Welcome Rob. We're neighbors !!! I am tickled pink to meet you. We have quite a few neighbors here. Akron is well represented, Newton Falls, Jackson/Milton, Warren, Wadsworth, Canton, Medina/Cleveland, Mansfield, Brimfield, Clinton, Garfield Hts, Massillion, Youngstown !!! I think my wife found out about elio on a Facebook post last year. I found this group searching the internet for elio owners groups. I have not been able to see our sit in one. I also found this group searching for Ohio laws about the elio. That is very good news. I was not looking forward to having to get a motorcycle endorsement.

I just checked our OHIO REVISED CODE available on line has been updated. Looks like it's all there and effective June first of this year. (60 days after signed into law). Lets Celebrate in 24 days, lol.
