I like this question from a Beekwell on Reddit.

"Hi Paul!, reservation #3012 here, any chance on the first run of vehicles having something special like a dash plaque or maybe your signature somewhere? Back when I had a Miata, we had the designer sign the under side of the hoods of our cars, it was a nice personal touch."

I like Paul Elio's reply:

"I really like that idea. We will have to take a strong look at it."

We must not let Paul Elio forget about this.

I like what Paul Elio said about road noise:

"The main driver of in vehicle noise is the stiffness of the vehicle. Having a full space frame we are stiffer than most cars. Additionally, composite panels transmit noise less readily than steel body panels would. Having outboard wheels with fairings also gives us an extra barrier for road noise. All combined we expect the Elio to be very quiet in cabin."

I hope the side-exit of the exhaust doesn't start whistling -- sort of like an enormous pan flute! Interestingly, that's exactly the sort of problem you can't really discover in advance and would show up when road testing at highway speeds -- a good reason the the P5 to hit the highway!

"an enormous pan flute"
I never thought of that but I like the idea. If I were talented enough I could manipulate the gear shift and accelerator and play a melody.

But how far into the build do you include the plaque? The first 500? :hand: or all of the $1K reservation holders? Or do you do all of the original "All In" reservation holders?
If you do the plaques and if it isn't for all of the long time reservation holders (and some of those long time people never did the $1K) those people are going to be :censored:
