I haven't been exactly on top of press announcements regarding the Open Window. Have there been any press releases or other reliable info as to when Elio Motors or StartEngine would announce the net proceeds once the window closes on December 2nd?

I would assume if the news is great and they subscribe all $25M that announcement would be nearly immediate, but I don't want to read too much into silence if it has been stated that that announcement has a schedule that would be later than immediate. This is also a new SEC mechanism and I didn't do any real homework on figuring out whether there are statutory reporting implications.

Thanks for whatever info folks have.

Three days left, why do I feel like this is going to make more difference than it seems...
It is a big deal. Completion of the E1-25 from A+ adds to the confidence that this will happen on a more solid timeline. And this will end the uncertainty of what value the A+ program delivers.
With confidence comes easier access to more funding.

Of course 'difference' in this case is a subjective perception. For some number of people there is only difference once the first production cars come out. Which would be an objective material status to the rest of us.
For me I perceive a 'difference' each time a required or important milestone is crossed.

So where did that end up. K, perception of difference is subjective. Closure on a intermediate goal (a milestone) is objective. Creation of a deliverable object is material. Just checking my human logic 101.

No, at least I haven't seen anything reliable as to when an announcement might be made of a 7-work-day-window-shares total.

I have had such a hard time trying to get in or set up an account with Start Engine to get my 'reserve shares' I thought about bagging it. I am probably not the only one. Not sure what the problem is but it is quite frustrating. Chatting with them has not helped.

That's interesting. I had absolutely no problem at all.

You shouldn't have to set up an account. That was done when you expressed interest in purchasing shares. You should only have had to log in to that account using the credentials you set up back then.

It's too bad people seem to be having problems. I wonder how many are not going to be able to invest as they wanted.

Probably hackers blocking folks so they can buy all the shares once it goes public! Yeah! That's it!!! Let's get that rumor going!!! :D:p:eek:;) Kidding aside, I will try again in a bit. If it does not work after the first attempt I will 'chat' with them.

You may want to try a different browser. I normally have ad and script blocking enabled and only manually accept cookies, which caused trouble logging in on the startengine site. When I switched to a non-secure browser, it worked fine.
