I would think that "lit up" green means that there are new posts that you haven't read. When you create a post, the system already knows that it isn't new to you. New posts are bolded too.

But not all new posts are bolded. I'm fairly certain of that because certain peoples posts are bolded while others are not. :-) Z

You have to refresh before it will show up......I don't think so because I haven't noticed it changing after I have posted things.Z
