Well, I have people to call to let them know that we won't be going to B'ham Thursday.

I wonder if (hope) they're taking it someplace to have something added or something updated.

Thanks for the notice. I had rescheduled another trip so we could make Birmingham. Now I will try to reschedule the rescheduled trip.

Annoyed that I won't get to see it on Saturday... But oh well... Any idea about what went wrong / or not wrong with the proto?

The report is that it needed some repairs due to some damage sustained during Bike Week in Daytona but we have not heard any details and it could not have been too bad as it was on display yesterday in Savannah. They have not cancelled the stop on March 24 in Austin, TX so won't be down for too long.

Hi Clubfitter, and welcome from Oregon. I envy your being able to go to Birmingham to see the Elio. I'm not sure the information in this post is correct for location because the EM website now says TBA. They will definitely be there but it may not be the same location. Our support staff is very good so when the new information is provided they or someone else will be sure it is posted here. I hope you are enjoying your time exploring all the information here on elioowners.com. I have found it a wonderful way to learn more about Elio and about a lot of other things as well. It definitely helps pass the time. Some of our group has provided fantastic pictures and stories of their experiences when seeing the Elio. I hope you will explore and enjoy them. Next year in our Elios! :-) Z

Hi Hailn and welcome from Oregon. Another lucky person who is going to see our Elio. Sigh. As mentioned in the post above, the EM website currently states TBA so keep a look out for new info on location. In the meantime, there is lots of interesting discussion on this forum to help pass the time. The group is diverse and from all over the country and we have the best support staff to help you if you need it. Enjoy your time exploring all that is currently known, speculated about, questioned, redesigned, discussed, complained about and celebrated when it comes to Elio.
