I've used probably every browser that has ever been out over the years.
And everyone gravitates towards the one that works best for them.
All the years I did databases I was pretty much stuck with IE; developers and programmers keep defaulting to it because it's most common in the business world. I did use Chrome for a while (and still do) when what I'm doing calls for it.
When I first got Win10 I tried Edge and ended up going with what I knew better IE & Chrome.
But I ran into problems when I tried to link email link to IE; it kept asking "what do you want to open this with?"
I'd set it, next link, same question, same result even if I chose Chrome. Put it to Edge, bingo, problem solved; no more questions.
But this is when Flash and Java were everywhere on the Web, and Edge didn't like Flash at all.
I ended up working on the development board for Edge (there was like 3,000 "volunteers") to make improvements, and find bugs in it.
After SP1 came out (MS didn't call it that) a lot of the problems in Win10, Office and Edge were all fixed.
But it created a bunch of new problems for older equipment; the older stuff no longer worked with Win10.
It was all give and take (lose) in SP1.

So use what you're comfortable with; I know I do; but also be willing to try new things, and don't just stop and expect tech to make adjustments to keep you happy; they work to improve for the majority.

Bing :puke:

I've gotten infected from search results 4 times using Bing.
I use Google, and have never had a problem.

Besides, you know what Bing stands for, don't you?

Bing = Bill, It's Not Google :becky:

To prevent infections slap on a prophylactic when you're doing those kinds of searches, Coss. ;):D. I use Bing on all my computers and never had any problems.

Bing isn't the problem; it's the sites it finds when you do a search.
It was usually half way down on the first page of results, or for sure on the 2nd page and thereafter.
That's were I've run into problems.
And that was when Bing first came out; I'm sure they've made a lot of changes (they didn't have a choice)
But I find their results lean more towards the Social Media side in search results.
And not the Tech and DIY side.
Just like the browsers, use what you find works best for you.

<But Bing still Bytes ;)>
