My statement was based upon the tour post at www.eliomotors.wordpress.com. The current post has newer, but more ambiguous, information: "We are going to start the next phase of the tour using two vehicles when we have multiple events to attend- the Rocket Silver P3 and the Creamsicle P4. We have decided to use both prototypes, when needed, to make sure that we get to all large events and allow even more of our fans and “pre-fans” to experience the Elio."

Your right Daryl,
I saw that notice too, but I also saw the P3 when it was here before, and being displayed on the bottom floor of the Lloyd Center Mall, that was not a large event, But I hope it will be a Big Event! the next time!... so people can get a better look at the Elio... I am a huge fan... and I love the freedom that the Elio will bring to traveling the roads again for low cost...

So count me in, and as a fan, to experience the Elio...

The trailers look fabulous! Do you know what the price will be? Need to start saving...
Welcome j9design
I am guessing that it is the blue Elio trailers you are talking about, I found those pictures last year, I believe they are Elio concepts photos, not sure if they are going to make them? also have no idea on any pricing of any options for the Elio... We are all guessing on the pricing of anything Elio will make...

I will be there for #2225 when it is assembled, Elio Team has stated that they are making deals with after market shops near their facility to make any changes you want... I would love a small trailer or a carrier of some type for camping gear... So start saving up, 95 million of us are the target market for the Elio sales team... that market is people with low income who can't buy a $31,000 new car, so people buy used cars, and in this case, Why buy a used car when you can buy an NEW loaded Elio for less then a use car...

My Vote Elio all the way...

Hi zelio,

Yes, I am sorry to say it is in Beaverton, I am guessing that is because they are going to have a store in Beaverton in the future...

Beaverton and Hillsboro are really growing in size and lot of people are moving out of Portland to those areas because of all the new City taxes Portland is pouring out... I can't move so I just have to keep paying more and more each year...

Maybe I will see you at the mall... I heard that people have waited 4 hours to sit in the Elio... I'm not one of them... But I will try to show up on Friday at 1:00 pm for lunch....

have a safe trip...

Proud to be... an Elio owner soon... Sept 2015

At least one friend and I are pondering going "all in" and we live in Gresham.
Jeff, welcome to the forum. All I can say is GO FOR IT. How much you put down for reserve is determined by your finances and risk tolerance. If uncertain put the mimimum down and then research the forum. It will provide you with all the information to make a decision. The forum members are helpful and friendly so if you can't find an answer, just ask. Enjoy this transportation history changing journey.

HI ALL I am from Oregon City and haveing a hard time waiting for my Elio to arrive, then personalize and make it to a few car shows in the area.
Hi and welcome from Sutherlin, champsman. I sure hope your weather is better than ours today. It was 100ºF at 5 and usually continues to climb until at least 6 so I assume it is going to go higher. YUK! How do people in the southwest stand it? Did you get to see the Elio in Portland? It was a long trip but I made it and loved seeing "my" Elio. I hope you enjoy spending time with the diverse, knowledgeable and friendly people on this site. It is a great place to learn more about the Elio and other topics. Enjoy the journey and the adventure as we follow the Elio to production and ownership. 2015 Elios here we come! :-) Z
