Tim, the first question is when did you make your reservation? Numbers are only released about every 45-60 days. Second, have you checked your spam folder?

Their office hours are only Monday - Friday 9-4 and I think that is Mountain Time because the office is located in Phoenix, AZ. I may be wrong about the zone. They may report it as Central but their office is currently located in Mountain Time. :-) Z
