My only comment is I'm not sure if their problem is buyer's remorse, poor reading comprehension skills, a childish sense of entitlement, or all of the above!

A class-action will go nowhere. Even is some ambulance-chaser tries, it will fall flat on it's face one the reservation agreement is entered in evidence.

I have been as critical lately as anyone but I would never dream of signing on to such nonsense. I believe in the concept despite my pessimism and EM needs to focus on trying to get this car to market and not expending time and $$$ defending themselves against people who should have paid their money with their eyes firmly open.
