JEBar, one of our Moderators, is making a stop in the St. Louis, MO area at the beginning of June during his annual migration to ND. He has prior commitments the first weekend (4th - 7th), but should be available for a little get together the rest of the time he and his wife are here. He did mention doing some target shooting at Jay Henges [ http://mdc.mo.gov/regions/st-louis/jay-henges-shooting-range] which is a little west of Fenton, MO off of I-44 (sounds like a blast to me. ...pun intended!). So if you'd like to join us, start a 'conversation' with either Jim or myself [Kevin] and we'll see if we can get something going.

I had to look up those burgers just now.... OMG. Tell us how they worked out for you. I'm drowning in saliva (gross? sorry).

really enjoyed meeting PeteinKC earlier today .... also enjoyed seeing his Can-Am Spyder, I was really surprised to see how much storage area they have .... we have plans a few weeks from now to get back together over some of his smoked brisket and ribs .... talk about something to look forward to ...

we are on our way back home from South Dakota and are spending the night at a campground in St Joseph, MO .... Pete and Janet (PeteinKC) came and brought KC style smoked ribs and brisket with them .... talk about outstanding, they were truly OUTSTANDING .... now its on to St Louis were we look forward to linking up with Kevin ( NSTG8R) once again
