I got that email but assumed someone else would post it. It didn't get me all excited because I wasn't offered them nor was there any kind of "People who have already made a reservation can buy a pair for ____."

As I mentioned, I did get it, but it is a little confusing.
At first I read it as $1K and $500 All In would be sent a set.

Then you keep reading, and it sounds like you get the discount if you want to buy some.
"...So, keep your eyes…and ears…open for the special offer being made available to only those at these respective reservation levels"

Is that how anyone else sees it?

The promotion for it now is 25% off and a T-shirt a bumper sticker and the headphones

For those of us already in at the $500 or $1000 level they are still working out the details

This might be silly, but I kinda want to pony up another $400 (making my reservation $500 total) so I can get a pair. But only if I can get them in True Blue

Look at the standard prices they claim for these headphones.

They look way over priced to me.

Out of curiosity I checked these out on head-fi.org. Bottom line.... junk, as I expected.

Why pay money for these when there are so many really great headphones out there?
