I don't think the fine will be paid at all. Elio Motors will declare bankruptcy, and the other directors will step in taking over ownership. Maybe then something will happen, but it is doubtful. "Elio Coin is coming soon". Perhaps that will happen under new management.

Elio got $2.5M from Overstock. So, they probably have enough left to pay the fine.

I don;t see what the big deal is. If we were looking at big deals there were going to kill a company, Elon Musk has thousands of articles and short sellers predicting the end of that organization.

With this, it becomes a structured settlement and then Elio motors gets the necessary licenses they need. With this, Elio Motors is going strong and will do well once they get the ElioCoin going. It's that it's not happening as fast as we all want.

I just thought of a plan, sell All-in opportunities @ $1.00 each, ya will then, if you sell 400,000,000. reservations, then have enough to get it going.

I'll ask you this. If I open a restaurant and my place of business is a dirty old warehouse, should I be allowed to stay open even though I'm not doing a thing? Am I allowed to circumvent the health laws because I'm not making food?

As long as you aren't serving food, yes. How else would a restaurant ever be built?
