Yes I know that . The ELIO account was setup when I bought in. I had no reason to long in for years so I tired it and the accounts are not working
Well best I can suggest is to email them (Elio Motors) and tell them, it's their site, let them fix it.
They are your best bet, it's their site, let them fix it.

Many if not all of us setup an account with ELIO when we jumped onboard. had to to send payment. The web site were you logged in has been taken down.
There is no longer any way to log in and check you status .
Not about fixing it. It is gone. And emails have not returned any responses The big question is why and will there even be a gas option.
Have they dropped the plan we sign up for?. I will accept that if so. It would just be nice to know. With the new offering of a Electric version it would help knowing . Some of us will need to decide if we want to try again.
