What Color Elio Are You Getting?

Are we going to be able to see an actual Elio color in person before we have to decide? I am assuming that the showrooms won't be up and running when the "All ins" have to pick a color.
Just don't want to end up with another tomatomobile.

Good question. I want silver but the artist's rendition looks like battleship gray... I guess I could stencil it "US Navy".

Hi D.D.Bwana. There is a gentleman on here who does wraps professionally in Louisiana. There are others who can explain it also. My impression is it is a temporary application of some material that adheres to the vehicle and then can be removed at a future date. Hopefully someone on here will notice your post and provide you with more detailed information. I'm followed by enough people that even one of them may have that information. Believe me, when they first started discussing wraps I had no idea what they were talking about either so it is a good question. :-) Z

I believe the name of the gentleman who does wraps is Nathan Diffee. If you search for his posts you should get some good information about wraps. Good luck. :-) Z

Vinyl semi-adhesive sheet that pretty much covers the whole vehicle from bumper to bumper and heat-shrinks to fit like paint. They can be printed with commercial printing equipment to look like ANY thing you can imagine. Oh, what fun!
