Get a Rear View Mirror Windshield Mount from Pep Boys, mount it on the windshield and presto chango you have a placard hanger

You place it on the dashboard after you are parked.....most people either don't know or ignore that in most states it is ILLEGAL to drive with that placard hanging from the mirror.

Since you don't have your plates yet, why not just get a handicap plate. Then you won't need the placard.

Attach the placard to the hook......and attach and remove the hook when using the card.......not to leave the suction cup on the windshield. Color coordinate to your Elio.

Before I read eddie66's post I was wondering if I have ever seen a handicapped plate on a motorcycle. Don't believe I have, and I wonder if that is available for a motorcycle plate? A question for my DMV.

Since you don't have your plates yet, why not just get a handicap plate. Then you won't need the placard.

Oregon does not offer handicap plate for a car or a motorcycle. We have to use the placard. There are veteran plates for cars, not sure about mc, but it is not a parking permit it is simply identifying you as a veteran or a disabled veteran. Z
