As for your question, "I believe" that the valve stems will be accessible from the inboard side of the fenders, so removal of the fenders won't be necessary to check/add air. There's some pics taken by someone on the site, might have been Husker1 (above) that took some really good pics of the front suspension during a showing in Broomfield, CO. I'll have to do a little search to find the pics I'm thinking of. In the mean time, the search function is a real valuable tool to answer just about any question you can think of.
