Hello John, the 100048728 is most likely your receipt number, not your number in line (considering they only have 48,000 reservations)
The only time you get an SIL (Spot In Line) is when you do a $1,000 All In deposit; if you've placed a reservation at any other price level or did a "Want In" reservation you don't get an SIL. You will be able to buy your Elio before anyone that didn't buy a reservation.
They are going to be sold in this order: $1K All In then $500, $250 and $100 All In; then they will go in order for the "Want In" folks at $1K, $500, $250 and $100. If you did do a $1,000 All In deposit recently they will be sending out the new SIL's the middle of January 2016 and you would get one then. Right now I think they are right around 16,000 SIL's
