I will call my undertaker / taxman Monday morning ... first. He told me to marry my husband and how much to buy of elio stock. Then my bank ... then Charles Schwab. But, CS advised me not 'to fool' with junk stock. I got a account with them but I don't like big offices or big talkers. I will really hate it if I got to go through them. And I will buy me a book for dummies on stocks or brokers or something. Well, my body don't care what day it is and it is way past the Mr. and my bed time. So, I am going to Wish You All a Merry New Year, a bit early. I am grateful for you all.
Thanks Jambe

Your confirmation letter will say the following: "These shares will be issued and reflected on the books and records of our stock transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC. There will not be a paper confirmation or stock certificate mailed to you. You will need to coordinate with your stock broker to arrange for these shares to be transferred to your brokerage account electronically once eligible."

You need to open an account with a broker Schwab is actually a good one. Once he account is opened and you authorize then to transfer the shares. The shares will show in your account with them. Then you wait, If Elio goes to production a market will quickly develope for your shares.

ok, Charles Schwab is all set up to get my elio stock. It was free.
Did you call a local Charles Schwab office, or use Charles Schwab online?

I'm wondering if I can handle this through my online etrade account, I don't use a broker. Our company has financial advisors that handle our 401k's, but I don't know if they are the people to talk about this type of thing also.

I used the 1-800 number, but. I had an account with CS for a few years now. I was forced to move my 401K money because my old place of work was dismantled and ripped off the face of the map and the fine folks who handled the 401 accounts closed our accounts! IRS stepped right up a snatched up a good chunk of it. Oh, it was a mess. Didn't know what I was going to do. I was advised to go to CS by my funeral director / tax man. He was the first I called this time too. Got the same advise. Go to Charles Schwab.
