I'm clueless too, what paper work from where did you mail to whom today? I also have E*TRADE and would like to have it sitting in my E*TRADE account ready to sell if I wanted to.

I have not contacted Vstock transfer that was mentioned in the latest Elio Email to me because I felt I need to know more about the process first.

First thing you will need is your account # from Vstock. Just email them and ask for it.
E*Trade has a form. called Account Transfer form. https://content.etrade.com/etrade/estation/pdf/Acct_Trans.pdf
I think that link will work, if not, well I did a live chat, and got it that way. Signatures will have to be notarized. Then mail it.

As announced last week, Elio Motors stock is now trading on the OTCQX under the symbol “ELIO”. Your shares have been issued and are in electronic form. You may continue to leave your shares in your name in electronic form with VStock Transfer.

But, if you would like to have your shares in your brokerage account, you must contact your broker to have them initiate what is known as a Direct Registration System ("DRS") request. Your broker will need to provide the following information to our stock transfer agent, Vstock Transfer:

1. Your name

2. Your TIN or SSN

3. Your account number at Vstock Transfer

To obtain your account number or for general information, please call Vstock Transfer at 212-828-8436 or email them at info@vstocktransfer.com.

Your broker may have additional internal processes or procedures that must be complied with in order to initiate the request. Please consult your broker for further details regarding its particular processes. In the event your broker requires any additional information regarding your account at VStock Transfer, please have your broker contact Vstock Transfer directly and their support team will be happy to assist.

Perhaps, someone will let us know if they successfully sell off some or all of their Elio shares to pocket a quick return to reinvest if or when the stock drops lower.
