Anyone that has Win10 has it; they probably use it, and don't know the difference between IE and Edge
In Win10 it's easy to find; you have to dig to find IE and it fights you if you try to default to it.

Bing is my default SE. It gives me enough credits through Bing Rewards so that I haven't had to pay for Skype calls for many hours/years of calls.

I've gotten infected from search results 4 times using Bing.
I use Google, and have never had a problem.

Besides, you know what Bing stands for, don't you?

I guess I need to get new computer glasses. I never noticed it before and always thought it was a pyramid looking stack of lines. And it doesn't show up on my mobile browser.
