Yeah, but it only takes three minutes to construct and throw up a custom 403 message page.

What a nightmare. Back and forth with Elio. Each answer is: "Your request (106984) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email."
I tried everything. I deleted all of the cookies related to Elio and cleared cache.
I give up. Is anyone else reporting this problem?
The following is the result of my final attempt.
I rebooted
I went to IE 11
I used the Customize tab
I was sent to http://myelio.me/
I got:
403 Forbidden
  • Code: AccessDenied
  • Message: Access Denied
  • RequestId: 2981E6DE31D1A819
  • HostId: ASONtXmwwBmqMYvvghewzp7engUn6rhIz1z+WSe8XNhdDj4/aDpUfcSlK35ByNlpDQF0WE/6pik=

I'll bet it looks fine to them in the office and haven't tried it outside of where they are.
That's what will happen when you put a bad link in a new page.
Who ever does their page didn't change either the link in the Configurator to the new page; or the new page is in the wrong folder. or or or
The person that does the page didn't bother testing it outside of the area he or she is in.

A webmaster is never wrong, it must be you.

Do you know how many times I have heard that excuse?
