I remember that they were going to build 100 car for the fleet owners before Dec of 2016 which has been pushes back again to a unknown date in 2017.
Now with the SEC fillings with no or little response to by Paul.To me they should be more front worthy with the people that invested in his dream than they are. I hope Coss this helps you understand what I was posting.

Not really what I was asking.
"and were moving forward but slower than many of future Elio our upset" The wording of that statement you made is what I was confused about. I think I read it 6 times and there are words missing (read the green highlighted)? That's what I was asking about.

I deleted this after reading my mind was going faster than my typing after the news on Fast Money it sounds like I have a lot of time to correct this statement and add no cars till 2018 is what Paul Elio stated in interview.

I thought I heard full production in 2018. Some of us early birds might get theirs at the end of 2017. I hope.

Nope. Paul was specifically asked twice about production starting in 2018.

" You are expecting to roll out the cars on the road in 2018."
"Alright, so if I had my name on a reservation Paul, then I will get that car in 2018?"

He (Paul) gave the very short and very specific answers of "Correct" and "Yes".

I really don't see how Paul Elio could have been much clearer.
Unless there's some secret body language code going on that I'm not aware of.

Regardless... This is the wrong thread for this specific discussion...

To verify this conclusion, are there any sys admins in the audience who could give their expert opinion?
