I'll have some of that, high today here was 42 degrees, plus we are very close to being the wettest February on record, 10.2 inches.

Now the rest of the story. We have not been recording temperatures all that long. Doing it right and accurate even less . Remember they told us the whole earth was once hot. And they said the state I live in was once a giant glacier .
Just a normal winter day here now. So when the say ever it really just a very short period of time they are referring to.

I remember in the 70's them saying that by this time we'd be under a mile of ice :eek: [next ice age is coming!] :rolleyes: Oh...and we'd all be using the Metric System. Well, they were half right on the Metric System going by the last time I work on my wife's Jeep! :frusty:

Had to mow my yard this weekend here in the Dallas area. First time I ever remember having to mow in February. We usually have 2 to 3 bouts of winter weather every year (ice or snow with school closings). This will make 2 straight years of no frozen precipitation.
