Wonder if the powers that be are coordinating a multi pronged media blitz soon around the atvm loan, NASDAQ offering, bipartisan autocycle congressional legislation, and penalty rescission by the courts. Would make a lot of sense and would explain the long waiting period.

I think that there is a buy order so that it never stays below $5.96 for more than a day. It would allow lots of shares to be released on the market, causing a price collapse.
