How often are you charging it? And how long does it take?
In winter it will charge to about 35 miles, in summer up to 50. This suits MOST of my needs. It takes just a hair over 3 hours to charge on L2 and 12 - 14 hours on L1. Again, since I'm now retired, it suits 99.99% of my needs on electric. :D

In answer to the original question, I usually only charge once a day, I have a L2 charger.

Thanks for that; 3 hrs. to go out for the day? Seems like a lot, how are your electric bills now?
I too am retired, but I'm sticking with gas in the tank; I just picked up a Dodge Journey for a little over $20K and I fill the tank about once every 6 weeks to 2 months.
And it has a V6 with an auto, and it just sips the tank down slowly, great on road trips.

Geeezzz that's what I spend on gas every 2 months, I don't see the savings.
But gas is cheap right now, so that may change; and up here we have some cheap electricity.
My normal Electric bill is $72 a month ( I not know if that's high or what)
