Still a few more things to hook up and fluids to add:D
It won't be as long as it has been.

How is that? I can see both pic.
In the post, I can see one of two pictures. It sure looks like the project is coming along nicely. My biggest pain with my Falcon 302 conversion was getting a driveshaft cut to fit. But, once I found someone who could/would do it, everything went together nicely.

  1. As a harbinger of things to come, this cherry XJ Jeep Cherokee is on Bring A Trailer right now, just begging for a huge bid to bring it home. It’s already up to $10,000 as of this writing, and could be poised for even more. It’s going to happen more and more, mark my words. I have a very decent 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. 4 x 4 V8 318, 155K miles ( See Below) that I have refurbished, maintained and traveled with for 23K plus miles since 09/01/2016.... 2. My Jeep is below and the jeep in the article is just a XJ Jeep Cherokee.

OK, it's time for something special. Or did I post this already? It IS a favorite. A cheep 'anywhere' flytrap that actually works really well!
You can use the sticky stuff indoors, and put up with the 'sticky'. But that gets dusty outside if you could even find somewhere in the flight path to put it. And this is re-usable and recycled.
I had a fly in the bathroom, put this on the counter, in 30 seconds it was caught. Add a half cup of water, touch of soap, shake and flush, repeat.
Just a simple but carefully crafted hole and make sure the inside bottle has a long skinny neck. Whisky bottles necks are a bit better. Outside in the sun, the heat will kill the flies.
A light swipe of peanut butter inside the rim, and part of a banana peel is all it takes. In this case also a little fruit juice. If the circle is very round and accurate, this will work for fruit flies too. The flies bypass the long bottle neck seeking the light but only find the trap of space above the entry. Very few ever find their way out. The 1 gal round water jug cost $1 and the pop $.98.
On more research I did find others had discovered this, but don't seem to understand the long neck and lighted space secret.
