The SOLO site seems to be "dead" also.
Someone needs to go by 11685 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, Ca and see if the dealer ever opened.
Not dead WW. They have received several initial 2019 Solo Gen 2s from the Chinese factory.
They are looking at quite a few (~500) arriving from China in September.
There has been a significant shuffling of executives.

Umm, no. The site is poorly designed but they have been updating. They had a shipment of cars from China recently. They also keep posting updates to Facebook. That's why their stock is going up.

Greetings

It's been some time since our last update, and you'll be glad to know that the SONDORS Team has been very busy. Today, we're taking a minute away from it all to bring you, our valued investors and supporters, up to speed with all that we've been working on.

In our previous update, we announced the evolution of the SONDORS vision for the future of transportation. We shared how the SONDORS team has expanded the vision from addressing not only owners of the SONDORS electric vehicle, but to also provide an opportunity to entrepreneurs and individuals desiring access to the SONDORS EV. This evolution we have named the SONDORS Network - this network will include those who desire to own a vehicle, create a small business renting the vehicle(s), and renters driving within the sharing economy.

We are also thrilled to announce the SONDORS Network has retained Exemplar Capital, LLC Investment Bank to assist in raising capital. With their expertise, along with the help of you and every single one of our investors, we're even more enthusiastic about what the future holds for SONDORS.
And, we're equally excited for the approaching investment round launch, coming this fall.

We can’t thank you enough for your support as the SONDORS community grows to new heights. And as we continue growing together, please keep sharing your SONDORS story with those interested in investing, joining the SONDORS Network, or purchasing a SONDORS EV. We will continue to keep you posted as things progress.

And lastly, if you've happened to miss earlier announcements, SONDORS equity management has been moved from Start Engine to Carta. Carta is an online portal where investors can access all official documents, including the digital certificate. We have issued electronic stock certificates that provide easy access to investment documents and account information. If you're and investor and haven't accepted your security issuance yet, please refer to these instructions here.

In the meantime, thank you again for your continued support and loyalty to SONDORS. We wouldn't be where we are today without you, as we look forward to continued growth and success into the future.

Thank you for being the best part of SONDORS!

Sincerely,

Storm Sondors and the SONDORS Team

With that said where is SONDORs in the R&D phase of milestone events in getting the SONDORs to production? Have they released Signature Series vehicles and offering test drive opportunities so those small or venture capital investors interested can actually experience the vehicle?

What this tells me is that Sondors has got an overabundance of new owners and now they are going after the fleet market. It's that the fleet market is afraid because they need to get a loan to buy all of the vehicles, thus Sondors was nice enough to work out a deal with a financial institution. Thus Sondors has to be done because nobody in their right mind would start advertising fleet sales unless they have a complete product. Good to see Sondors is just about ready to go and that just means, more three wheelers on the road come 2020.

I can only find SONDORs aggressive roadmap to production. Can someone link results of the August 2019 network Beta testing? The official launch is drawing near. I’m amazed the Sondors team was able to NHTSA certify their production model so quickly, considering it took Arcimoto and EMV 10+ months.

I bet there was an asterisks on the whole thing. Remember, Elio told us all back on January 3, 2013 that production was to begin June 2014 and then exports be the end of the decade. Then on December 27, 2016 Elio told us that if you had a reservation you'd be getting it in 2018. It shows that getting a three wheeler to market is really hard. This is why we all need to watch Rivian because it's a 4 wheeler and requires way more work do get it certified. They think 2020 and if they can make that milestone, I'd be shocked. On the other hand, Rivian has been spotted testing in Argentina and it was expecting Elio to be spotted for testing over the last 5 years (since it sticks out like a sore thumb) but no testing footage as of yet. Even if planted, Elio could boost the stock price by "leaking" testing. Who here would object to that?

Guys... They're dead in the water and this is the first window dressing / appeasement-communication anyone has had from them in six months. Not a single word for the six months prior and even then it was almost the same email word for word. No-one really understands this "network" thing. I'm not even sure that they do. Again, IMO this is absolutely nothing but window dressing so everyone doesn't just pull up stakes, give up and go home as many have already done. They took what was originally supposed to be just the show car to Italy a year and a half ago to test the crap out of it since they botched the second round of funding and didn't have any money for their planned engineering prototype. The only thing we've heard from them about the vehicle since then is two blurbs eight+ months apart. Both basically saying "We're still testing." In addition to all that, no-one can find any evidence that there even was a January 2019 "Series A" fundraiser. There has been nothing filed on it anywhere with anyone. To my knowledge there has been nothing filed for anything other than the first initial $1M title III offering and a failed first $2M leg of a planned $20M three-leg Reg A+ offering that was active from late 2017 to early 2018. The Reg A+ round was botched and, by all indications, failed to meet the required minimum goal. That should have, and likely did, result in all funds being returned to investors. I spite of what the email says, I can't find anything related to Sondors on the Carta site. Nada. There is a "Investor Inquiries" button on the Sondors "network" website, but it is simply a generic information submission form. My best guess is that they are attempting to discreetly attract private accredited angel investors. How successful they've been at this is anyone's guess since they never release any information about it and they don't appear to have the funding to significantly move forward with the vehicle. They never released the results of, or any details concerning, the failed round of Reg A+. During the initial $1M title III and before the failed round of Reg A+ ended, they were a wealth of information and filled your inbox and their Facebook page almost every day. After the Reg A+ round (which was even "extended" several months) ended, there wasn't a word from them about it. Never has been. As a matter of fact there was not a word from them about anything for about about six months. It was like they dropped off of the face of the earth. A complete blackout. And now every six months or so we get something like this. Check out the old timeline that they had up at the time of the of the Reg A+ round (2017-2018) that's about 80% of the way down the page at the link at the end of this post. The most shocking thing about that first Reg A+ leg? If I remember correctly, the required minimum goal in order for Sondors to keep the funding was ONLY $2M of the entire $20M Reg A+offering. That's what they anticipated it would cost to build the engineering "production ready" (quote from their original timeline) prototype, since they built the show car for little more than $1M. They had originally anticipated, and planned on, initiating an additional two legs to raise the entire $20M of the entire A+ offering over three separate legs! You tell me.

My mistake Rick. That was the only edit I put in there and I couldn't even get that right. My bad. It's fresh as my coffee. It came this morning. I'll correct it.
