Just so you know, the former COO at Elio Motors, current Board Member of Elio Motors, current Director of Elio Engineering, current founder and CEO of Kapeesh, Hari Ilyer hired Joel on. Sounds like the rats leaving the ship doesn't it? I can't recall anybody being hired recently (for years) to replace any of the people who quit. Think Hari gave Joel a job as a friendly gesture? Who is left and which one might be next?

Interesting!! It really is a Small World!! Connie goes to Canada, Joel goes with Hari, this time. Connie was with Hari, last time. Poor Paul is left circling the wagons back in dusty Arizona.

Online tutoring, could be hosted from anywhere. Brilliant, probably all brokered out to English speakers anywhere. Like Uber and Lyft and Hari’s other ride share endeavor but without cars!! Any activity on the ‘investor’ chat rooms yet, is an ‘offering’ in the works?

Let’s see if we go a second week without an Elio ‘blog’ re-hash.

Haven't seen anything "new" about Elio since the powertrain announcement over a year ago. There is absolutely no new information other than what they say when responding to our emails and that ain't much!

Remember, Joel still works for Elio Motors. He now has two jobs with the same title. The connection is Hari who is a board member of Elio Motors, Director of Elio Engineering and CEO of Kapeesh. Looks like Hari is super busy working with three different companies and now Joel with two. Best part is, when Elio takes off, Hari will know and work with Joel to make sure that he gets the time to make it work. Maybe Elio Motors will be bought out by Hari and then it'll become Hari motors, Sankara Motors or Iyer Motors. Hari did go to Penn State and has a MS in Mechanical Engineering plus a MBA from Stanford. He's pretty bright and could take Elio to the next level if he was in charge. I know we'd all not mind driving around in an Ilyer, Hari or Sankara.

Hari’s latest business of online tutoring ‘kapeesh.io’ seems rather ‘far afield’ for a Mechanical Engineer, but an MBA, is what it’s ‘all about.’ Good for Hari! I hope this new enterprise finally works for them and they deliver a ‘product’ (or service, in this case). I don’t have any kids that require tutoring, regardless there are many resources now available on the googles: Kapeesh’s short term ‘success’ with, or without, any deliverable will again, no doubt, rely on profitable and ‘successful’ funding.

I'm sure that he will make money and the investors lose everything. Any investors that don't read about V- vehicle, Elio and Yoyo and put money with him do not get any sympathy from me.

Let's not forget Envia Systems and that show. Hari was not a founder but he was an executive that filled the gap in between V-Vehicle and Elio Motors.

How did you come to the conclusion that Joel now has two jobs?. Seems to me it is only considered a job is when you get PAID for it. The real question should be if Joels position with Elio Motors was being eliminated due to lack of funding and Hari then offered him a job.
Again, Elio is silent as to what's happening.
