So far the only person to get anything out of Paul and Co. is that investigative reporter (Joe Ducey) in Paul’s hometown of Phoenix. There might be some merit in sending him an email, particularly if you’re seeking a refund and having troubles. I think maybe his ‘volunteer assistant,’ Emily, might be with the local BBB.

If you remember, I was the one that hounded him to contact the local press. Once that happened, the refund was issued. My guess is that Paul will think twice before firing up the excuse generator for when it comes to issuing a refund. Elio has stood behind their iron clad contract for non refundables yet on refundables seems to stretch it out way too long. It shouldn't take a news crew to light a fire under Paul to get something done.

It's up to 994 now. So in a few days this big class action lawsuit will be filed. I just hope that when the Eliocoin is released, it doesn't drain those resources to the lawsuit but to getting the Elio built. It would be better for Elio to use their legal fund to fight that case separately.

If Paul showed a scintilla of respect towards his reservationists and investors, merely by putting out any information for these last two years, it would be much easier to chase yet another ‘carrot on a stick.’ It remains to be seen just how much if a benefit this Eliocoin is going to be, if beneficial at all, anyhow. Paul and Hari can move the shells around just fine by themselves, they don’t need any help.
