The bigger question is what happened to the original factory warranty and why did the dealer used EBAY to sell your AYRO? Why didn't you went straight to the dealer or the manufacturer to make sure you're getting a really brand new unit. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Keep us updated.

According to the factory, the dealer bought it on the cheap w/o factory warranty. So the monkey of the 2 year/6,000 mile warranty advertised on Ebay is on the dealer's back. The unit's mileage was 16 when delivered, and the Registration says it had 10 miles when I bought it.

It reminds of an awesome deal we got on a BRAND NEW 2018 RV that we got in Oct. 2018 for $59,999, when the original MSRP was $107,900. It was technically BRAND NEW, even though it had 1,800 miles on it.

I have no idea why the dealer used Ebay, other than it is FREE. Even after I bought it, it was still being advertised there, meaning they bought several, or at least two.

It’s not only new startups having issues with new production models. Tesla is still having some quality control issues on theIr Model Y after delivering over 27,000+ vehicles since March. It takes time to get it right.

This shows how FUV has it right and Tesla is failing. FUV has 170K service centers in the US, when Tesla only has 378 globally. I found out there are over 3400 FUV service centers in PA while Tesla has 3. This is why I just bought a BMW. Their eastern half of the US parts distribution center is 10 miles from my house and the BMW HQ is about 40 miles away. I did consider a Porsche because their parts distribution and training center is literally across route 33 from BMW. So they got to have some sort of service in my area. With the FUV service centers, there must be a over 100 within 20 miles of me. So good job FUV. You have out done everyone with service.

Good thing you have BMW parts and service close by since BMW has their fair share of recalls and warranty issues listed on https://www.motorsafety.org/category/bmw-recalls/

I have a neighbor who owns a Tesla Model S and the Tesla Mobile Rangers come to his home on the rare occasion his vehicle requires service. He says, “not much to break down and about all I’ve done on my Model S over the past 4 years is wash it.“ The only serious problem he’s had is arguments with his wife about who’s going to drive it to work in the morning.

Sounds like Ayro and Arcimoto are taking care of their current customer base. Arcimoto has a plan for their ‘future’ service network rollout required for production scale and there may be one or more Road America FUV certified service providers near you sometime in the future.

You can also get a Chiang Li for about $995.00. But with shipping and misc. expenditures it would be around $3000.00.

Wow, that's proof right there that you can get a Chinese car in the country for cheap! And it makes for a good project. A decent electrician can simply replace it's motor with a readily available golf cart gas motor rated at 10-12hp or 3-5hp electric and now you have a fully enclosed car complete with back up camera good for short runs to your nearby grocery store or to impress your buddies at the golf course! Seriously considering getting one.;)
