It's up to 994 now. So in a few days this big class action lawsuit will be filed. I just hope that when the Eliocoin is released, it doesn't drain those resources to the lawsuit but to getting the Elio built. It would be better for Elio to use their legal fund to fight that case separately.
I just checked the blog and no update on tZero or the Eliocoin. I'll keep you up to date when that comes out on the blog. I assume that they are grinding away behind the keyboard, recoding it.
I wonder if this is what has been holding up Eliocoin? They were scheduled to launch it in December but heard nothing. I wonder if tZero needs more funding before they can get Eliocoin up and running? With tZero launching of these markets in H1 2020, that means we can start the countdown clock...
Back in July 2016. The automotive rags were there to drive it.

The line at the end of the article is interesting:
Maybe look into a $1K non refundable deposit on the Meyers EV then.

They even have the Legacy Edition:

Back to the Bricklin, I am still waiting on their EVX/LS. It's a 4 door sedan that costs $35K and gives 100 mpg. It was to be built in 2010 but I guess "they are still working on it." here's the car and the stats.

Here it is outside:

That's the thing. Those were up and coming YouTube channels. So, yes they will use words like "fun" and "neat" but someone could claim the Mirage is "fun" too. Elio missed the opportunity to get people behind the wheel and I still wonder why Elio wouldn't allow anyone to drive it. Elio was...
The Roush announcement was back in March 2016. You'd think by now, Roush has the Elio perfected. Roush can perfect 4 wheelers in that period of time. With this Roush Elio that has been in the pipeline for almost 4 years, you'd think someone in the outside world would take a few laps in it.

Solo is in production and being sold to customers. So anyone can drive one. I could care less what some dude at a magazine says, I want to drive it myself. If magazines sold cars, then we'd never have to offer test drives. Yet we do. The magazines just get you pumped up or pumped down about a...
Since nobody drove the Elio, how would it have helped? It could have hurt. Driving a vehicle makes a big difference and for all we know, the Elio could have drove terrible. I wonder if it was not that great, thus the reason why just about everyone was forbidden to drive it. If it was a hoot to...
I do not agree unless I have better information. When you drove the Elio, did you feel that everyone would be as super excited as they were about the FUV? Even though everyone was super excited about the FUV, they are struggling to make production which makes no sense because they should have...
So they never answered your question but just changed the subject to one of hope? Thus, it's a fact, they are dead. A Bot answered your question, not a real human being.
It's to be done by 2019. Panoz did the preliminary design work, but since Don Panoz died, the whiole engineering and racing operations have been shut down. Sounds like Bricklin is ready to kick the bucket too, so this project is dead. Just read this article from 2.5 years ago and you'll see that...
If you remember, I was the one that hounded him to contact the local press. Once that happened, the refund was issued. My guess is that Paul will think twice before firing up the excuse generator for when it comes to issuing a refund. Elio has stood behind their iron clad contract for non...
There, I corrected it for Elio Motors. Because we need to see what's going on with the Eliocoin as it'll be funding Elio Motors. Last update is that they were recoding it and it's to be out at the end of the year. Sounds like they are grinding away at recoding it and they ran into a few issues...
Seems that after the reporter and the BBB got involved, the issues were solved. From looking at the BBB site, Elio needs to improve their rating. The response from Elio is reactionary. With that Elio needs to fix the PR problem. I ask this, Is Paul even alive or is a bot just running it now?
It happens all of the time. Many times I've had customers that have sent checks and they never made it. Then they send them again and again. Then when I never get them, they have to go through the process of canceling those checks because it could get into the wrong hands.
For a while, we had a...
