Thanks for the info, LillyMay. Then does this mean that they are under no obligation to actually offer shares some time in the future to those who indicated a willingness to invest? And does it also mean that those who register interest on Start Engine at a certain dollar level have no...
My simple comment that in future models Elio might want to consider cutting a rear door on the opposite side of the driver door seems to have struck a nerve.
Arizona "Cardinals" v. St. Louis "Rams"? What they hey? When the Oilers moved to Tennessee it took a couple years to realize there wasn't any oil there and maybe they ought to come up with a new name. (Remember the Tennessee Oilers/) At least the Browns changed their name to Ravens when they...
I guess I was "beating a dead horse" on this one, having only signed on in late June. The driver of course is #1, and the first objective to is be a commuter car, but the more flexible the car can be the larger the potential market in the long run.
Getting in and out of the rear seat in the P4 is no mean feat. I propose that for future models, EM cut a rear door on the opposite side of the driver's door. With doors on opposite sides, you don't need a door post. One problem: The gas cap is in the way over on that side.
I was curious too and found this:
That looks like dragging a parachute. Maybe someone can mold an aerodynamic clam shell case that can strap over the downslope of the hatchback area.
I want to take a long road trip to see people I haven't seen in a while. Don't want to do it in my old pickup truck and don't want to buy a big new car because of the outrageous SC annual vehicle property tax.
It doesn't look very precise to me. The speed numbers are crammed together because the wheel is so small. There are no tick marks or hair lines to tell exactly what the speed is, only that vague pointer on top. I guess if you get a speeding ticket you can show the officer your speedometer and...
I was thinking the same thing when I looked at the picture. I'd like to know how fast I'm going to within a couple mph. Is an unreadable speedometer the same as a broken one?
I've grown accustomed to a tachometer and a temp gauge over the past 40 years. Guess we're really going retro. If no tach, that might push me toward the automatic transmission.
I've missed two of my teams' (S.Car. and UCF) hail Mary victories this year because I got disgusted and turned the TV off in the 4th quarter. Fortunately, I recorded them on DVR and watched the next day. I have to break this habit.
I was hoping to see a few people from this web blog but when I got there I realized that there's no way to identify people in the crowd unless we came with name tags with our user name handle. I looked for Georgia Poodle thinking she might be carrying a motorcycle helmet but saw no one meeting...
JEBar, have a great visit. Good to get there early because that line gets long fast. Don't take too much money -- lot's of people in that mall trying to get you to buy things.
Interesting about the tuning on the MS250. It's a good dependable saw but does labor some going through a thick cut. I'll ask at the local shop. As is, it's usually enough for me. I don't have any more mammoth trees that need to come down for now. My main chore has been clearing a few acres...
