I bought in a few years ago. I haven't followed this forum much. I do read the weekly link the company emails every week.
Just a few thoughts.
Raising a $100 million should not be too tough, for a product that is showing good demand ( 65k reservations)
A lot of the big money is not in the...
Ken, I put my shares in my scottrade acct. I had to fill out a transfer form, it took 3 weeks, still no transfer, I went in and inquired why, and a week later they arrived. They will come off the pink sheets in due time, when the company grows up.
On a thinly traded stock such as this one, the price will be all over the place. If you buy and sell this stock, use limit orders.
A bunch of years ago, I was offered a chance to buy stock in my local bank for $5 a share. I did not do it. A year or so later, the price was $125 a share.

A few things I remember....
He still thinks production begins in the fall of '16.

Big risk, big reward, that's how it usually works. Its much riskier at this stage , than when they are up and running. Each has his own comfort level. Its best to pick an investment style you are comfortable with!
I've invested in many start up companies 15 years ago. Some did great, some.... well.....poof! Most all I was in had way less progress to see than what Elio is showing. Its risky, but no risk , no reward. If they do get it going, its going to be huge, IMHO.
Back in the early 1980's...
Interesting discussion and replies. My thought on starting off smaller was to maybe assemble vehicles every other day. Then on alternating days, use the assembly line crew to line up all the parts for the next day. Now this thought is coming from a guy that has worked in the service world all...
I think I read some where Elio wants to borrow $240 mil to get production started? Would it make more sense to borrow a lot less, and start out production slow? I think starting out slow would be more beneficial, and a lot less risky, than borrowing big. When in the hole for big bucks, any...
Sweet, I say sweet! Oooooh she sounds so good! I'm grinning from ear to ear, wonder what Paul and the boys are doing?
Love to pop an open header on that honey, and tear up the Ozarks when it arrives!
