I had a 1978 Ford Escort RS2000 1.6L Mark II in Germany. Did around 119, full roll cage and a 5 point harness. It was a former road rally car. Fun to drive.

Cage should act the same as a smart car. The crumple zone is bigger than a Subaru. Plus after a certain speed nothing really matters, your eyeballs will be plastered on the inside of the windshield.
