Here are images of the routing of the exhaust in the P5 and E series. If being routed directly under the oil pan (requiring a wrap to insulate from the engine oil) is already not bad enough, the tight routing aft of the engine, over the frame, under the steering linkage is just as troubling...

I posted this to display the area of the body UNDER the 'bulge' exhaust pipe cover. The cover look like it will be necessary to cover the body panel opening, and not just simply removed to expose the exhaust pipe. Drat. Good question...where's the muff?

Sorry, a cello case will not fit in the rear trunk, they are ~18in. x 52in. it would need ot go on the roof. A trombone case will fit though...

Studying the chassis drawing and builds, it looks pretty clear that the entire front suspension is one unitized assembly that can easily be installed, dropped/changed with only a few connections. This is a great design/engineering feature that facilitates economical initial assembly...
