Great news Ty. I just emailed Elio and got the same response above. I thought I had some hot news off the press, you beat me to it. ha ha. I can't wait to actually see one in person this year. And only 5 months after that - the cars should be in production - Fingers crossed.

I've seen a few pictures of the Elio in a 2 tone color and it looks awesome. Maybe some racing stripe's on it from front to back. My secondary color would have to be the Blue one.

Wow, this V-4 is 1650cc - liquid cooled - 180Hp. Closed loop Fuel injection and Ride-by-wire electronic throttle control. Now that would make for an interesting power to weight ratio. On the website they have a sound bite of the engine - Music, just music.
