I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened this thread. I would "LIKE" to have a 'Z' sticker for my Elio when the time comes.
"Z" kept positive information flowing on this board and it renewed my interest when doubts about the Elio came to my mind.
R I P --- we will miss you here.
According to Jerome, last week-end in Charlotte they are going with the seven colors listed on their website. Yellow will be added later but only after sufficient orders are received to determine which is the least popular. One color will be dropped, only seven colors will be produced at any...
Judging from the people around me while in line and some overheard conversations I think most people came to South Park Mall to see the Elio. A further observation is that the mall shopper walked by, took a second look and continued on his/her way. JMHO

Tony,
Sorry I overlooked you when mentioning forum members I met today. Thank you for coming by the sofa and overstuffed chair to say hello to the three of us. Come again when you can stay longer!
Bob
I enjoyed meeting JBar and wife, rdoearth and goofyone today. The Dillard's entrance to the mall is the most convenient to the Elio display. I've now scrutinized the P3 & P4 and my fender preference will be open as on P3. Color not in stone, but silver is currently at the top of the list...
Hi Tony,
You sure are not far away! According to the Elio Club of Charlotte on facebook the Charlotte stop is the first weekend of December. I haven't seen a location but speculation has it, it will be at Concord Mills. Send me an email: Rennick at Carolina dot rr dot com

Gaston County --- Gastonia. I moved recently from Kings Mountain (Cleveland County). My pin is still in Kings Mountain and I don't know if I can get it changed or not. I'm 552 in line and when I saw the P3 in Atlanta last year I didn't get any "special treatment".

I will be at the Charlotte showing. Would like to meet up with members of this board if possible. Maybe we can set an approximate day & time?

I ask because late next week I will be driving near if not through Shreveport, LA and would like to get a first hand look at where our vehicles will be built. I can't deal with coordinates in my GPS so I'm asking for a street address or a "nearby". The only photo I've seen of the factory is...
Numbers, numbers, numbers.........Waiting in line for Elio #552. Shirt order #16. I'm 81 and will be 82 by September of 2015.

I plan to do the factory tour also. I live near Charlotte, NC and I hope to do something like this: have my wife drive me to Atlanta and catch an early morning Greyhound to Shreveport. Atlanta to S-port is about 12 hours. Spend the night, have a look around the Elio plant, pick up my car and...
Hello Badger Mike. I'm Bob living in Kings Mountain, NC. I watch the Charlotte facebook page to find out when a gather of Elio folks in this area will be getting together. My waiting in line number is 552.
Welcome Bobby Miller. I'm a Bobby too and I live in Kings Mountain, NC. Where do you live? I won't be going to Nashville. I saw the P3 in Atlanta last November and will wait for the P5 to hit the tour before I visit the Elio again. Enjoy your trip to music city.
