Congratulations, my 1/2 ton duramax Chevy pickup took about 6 weeks once it started on the assembly line to delivery . I got the adaptive cruise control, it works perfect and is so great for long drives, I like the fact I can also adjust the following distance.
That looks awesome! But spending $30k on a welder that will only weld 1/4” steel, I’ll stick with a MIG or TIG welder for under $1k for myself. The ability to weld fast and many types of metals may be great for car building. I hope I get the opportunity to weld with a laser in my lifetime looks fun!
I have had a campchef Pellet smoker and it’s has been great the last 4 years it lives outside in the cold northeastern utah winters mostly covered by a campchef cover. I really like the ability to pull a lever and dump the ashes(ash clean out) easily after each use. My brother in law had I think...
First comment on this thread longtime member (8years or so). Mark what an incredible amount of work you have done, glad to see the constant updates you consistently provide, glad you survived the test drive, a seat a windshield maybe a seatbelt a couple adjustments and your there with prototype...
I think it would be great if Paul came out and spoke the truth, it may not be what we would like to hear, but I personally would not take 65,000 reservations for a project then go into hiding. The reservation holders, supporters and stock holders DESERVE the true story even if it isn’t pretty...
I have lost all faith in this point of elio being built, I have been on this forum for years and am disappointed in Paul hiding out so long with no exciting news or updates In years. To bad he lied over and over about missed production dates, millions of dollars to his own company Esg...
Welcome to the forum!! I have been all in since 2014,I still hope it’s built, although positive news has been rare for elio lately I still check in the site on a regular basis to see the latest updates.
How pathetic of Paul, If true. I was Also upset when I learned his hefty salary he was paid to run Elio Motors before they even sold 1 car, I believe just about anyone on this forum would have been a better person to start a business as most of us would struggle and work hard to actually build a...
As A supporting reservation holder After years of these same rehash in your Friday blog, I am losing more faith in the company by the day, from the outside it seems little physical action to start building this wonderful car. I feel like I invested my very hard earned money believing In elio and...
Emailed elio today about latest production date my reply....
“Hey Jake - The production date is estimated to be 76 weeks from the timely and successful completion of our current and subsequent fundraising efforts. The timing and availability of the funds can move and we will do everything we...
I wonder if they will build the 1500 Chevy trail boss with the 3.0 liter diesel, or the f150 powerstoke soon I would love to see either or both hit the road but that size truck would be ideal to possibly replace my 2002 duramax in a few years.
I wouldn't advertise my lemonade for years with missed estimated delivery dates and tv commercials all over the country over and over, until I had some sugar lined out, although good point of view ty. I get narrow minded and this was my tunnel vision if you build it they will come...in mass...
I really hope they build it and I am patiently waiting!, however I believe instead of touring all over the country (and spending lots of$$$) for years straight, they should build it and let it speak for itself as you see them on the road with us patient reservation holders advertising for them!!
Love my 460 accurate as could be:Dits not the bone collector but I am ok with that, I love having people shoot it with a what I call a pistol stew ski, 45 colt, 454 casual, Hornady 460 smith and Wesson mag. I am more accurate with 454 Casuall I shoot the Hornady xtp mag bullets followed by...
