This week we wanted to share with you some recent enhancements we have made to our website, www.eliomotors.com. Many changes were “back room” oriented meaning changes having to do with analytics and marketing information that will help us improve our ability to share our story and vision. You know – marketing and sales stuff. However, most of the additions were for you, our Elio fans, and to keep the ball moving forward towards production. Let’s take a look at a couple of them:

This week we wanted to share with you some recent enhancements we have made to our website, www.eliomotors.com. Many changes were “back room” oriented meaning changes having to do with analytics and marketing information that will help us improve our ability to share our story and vision. You know – marketing and sales stuff. However, most of the additions were for you, our Elio fans, and to keep the ball moving forward towards production. Let’s take a look at a couple of them:
- Most every page on the site is now an individual page. We moved from a “single page” site to one where each topic is now its own page. What this means to you is that the specific page can be shared, making it easier to find and use the information on the site. An example: say you want to share the cool colors of Elio with a friend, you would simply go to the page and copy the address from the address bar (http://www.eliomotors.com/features/#colors) and that will take you straight to the colors page! Very handy, right?
- We added additional tabs, and associated drop down menus, to directly access more information. The tabs are organized to help you find information more quickly and easily. You can now click on the tabs and select the specific page you wish to learn more about. Or, if you prefer, you are still able to scroll down and to see each page. We also made it easier to find some of your favorite pages easier, like the savings calculator, Preview Tour calendar, and How is $6,800 possible?
- We have supplemented our FAQ section with a help desk feature called Support. You can search your question directly from our database of answers culled from email, FAQ, blogs, media… everything! You will find answers to most all of your Elio questions by clicking the tab on the top of the page or the floating “Support” tab on the left hand side!
- The most popular addition so far is definitely the Customization page. The Customization page is where we will share the many options that will be available for your Elio. Today we show the first potential options/accessories for your Elio. Our supplier partners like Infinite Skyz and DES have kicked us off with an impressive list of really cool ideas, but this is just the beginning. This section will evolve into a staple in your Elio diet as we add more possible options and near production! You can also count on a blog or two being written about this in the future… too fun!
