After I went all in for a $1,000.00 last year I started receiving periodic emails from Elio with the latest news etc. After a few months they stopped. I have written them several emails asking them to fix the problem but nothing has happened. Last time I wrote they didn't even answer.

So, my question is; has this happened to any of you? Anyone have any ideas as to what else to do? All suggestions or comments would be welcome.

Mine ended up in my spam folder, I have to keep checking it. Even after I set the rules after a few times it ends up there again.

I had the problem back in Feb of this year. I had to contact support from my email because they had blocked Elio from sending to my email because Hotmail (not me) had flagged them.

So that sounds more like the important question; who is your email provider? And have you asked they if they have a block on Elio?

Trusting, let us know what email program you use, and maybe someone on here has used it and can give you some suggestions.

It's possible that Elio Motors is sending you the email and you're not getting it. There are several possible issues:
  • Emails from Elio Motors are going to your junk (or spam, whatever it's called) folder. The reasons why this may have happened: you accidentally marked an Elio Motors email as junk, or your email program thinks that EM emails are junk.
  • Elio Motors has an email address for you that you don't own or look at. This is highly unlikely, I'm guessing that you have told them your email address that you want them to have.
  • Elio Motors has an invalid email address. This is highly unlikely, as there are email blast programs that EM can use that will tell them instantly if an email address exists and is valid.
One suggestion for you: create a brand spanking new email address for yourself, then go to eliomotors.com and sign up that email address for all of the information and emails they will send.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I already checked the spam angle and I know they are not being blocked. I think a phone call will have to be my next step.

Before calling the ISP, have you checked on the EM site that you are on the list for emails and what email address they go to?
Once you have that information, then go to the ISP.
