Autocycles not gonna be motorcycles?

It appears congress wants to re-define motorcycles without mentioning autocycles.

Found it. Thx! Don't understand how they can drop 3 wheelers from that category without actually establishing a new category explicitly for 3 wheelers. Seem like it makes it more of a mess.

Maybe they'll be lumped in with KEI vehicles (very small trucks & cars). I did hear something about allowing the manufacture of KEI style vehicles in the United States.
