Poor reporting using stock price before true price discovery which can only happen when stockholders have cleared delays cause by transferring them to an active broker and the holds are off. Having stock which cannot be sold created an imbalance in supply and demand for the stock preventing true price discovery and evaluation.

I am reminded of an old saying. Borrow $50,000 from a bank and they own you. Borrow $50M from a bank and you own them.

Like I said, it's an OLD saying.
