So here is an article from the Lincoln Journal Star about the Elio and helmet usage. No real new info that I didn't already know, but hopefully it's a sign that they are now trying to get the helmet law modified here in Nebraska. I don't want to start a debate about helmets but I think all of us future Elio owners are in agreement that wearing one inside our car would not only be uncomfortable, but there could also be a safety issue. I've stated before that we here in the heartland will be the last to change, but at least now I think they are trying.
