Just curious, but would you watch an Elio race? What would an Elio race car look like?

"Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear, when from out of the past come the thundering hoofbeats of the great horse Silver! The Lone Ranger rides again!"
Well it isn't really hoofbeats, and it isn't the great horse Silver, nor is in the Lone Ranger.
More like the old days when you drove your bug eyed Sprite to the track and raced "pretty much" stock, low displacement sports cars. Pretty much, the car you drove to work. Not the cars that you can't even dream of buying one wheel for without taking out a second mortgage.
Almost like going back to the '60s and sports car racing before it became strictly a rich mans game.
Really.... NASCAR has become an IROC series and I have a hard time watching it live or on TV; it's just not as great as it was.Indeed! Back when I lived in SoCal, I had a couple chances to ride my Honda Hawk GT over to the Streets of Willow for a few track days. It was so much fun to ride to the track, tape up the lights, race for a few hours, then ride the same bike home. Fortunately that was a slow, tight track so I had a chance of not being lapped. The kind of track that would work for the Elio
Earlier I should have said that I would not want to watch Elios race on TV. In person, absolutely! But not on TV.
