This would be a prefect ELIO week. I need to be in Chicago. This time of year I ride one of my bikes every chance I get. For personal reasons I seldom use a company car. Weather calls for rain and maybe some snow, cold. Cold won't stop me neither will rain. Snow crates problems with a motorcycle. This would be a prefect time for the ELIO. It can haul all I need to take with me, it would be more fun to drive than the normal car and while not a deal breaker amazing fuel mileage.
No ELIO yet so RGU is going packing up now because Sunday will be a busy day. How do you see using your ELIO?

Snow doesn't necessarily stop me, but an Elio sure would be nice on wet and windy days!

After dropping a bike on sand and having a frame rust from road salt I now prefer to wait until a few good spring rains and the street sweepers are out before taking my bike out. The good news is that we have now had a few rains and I saw street sweepers yesterday :) I see riding happening again this weekend :)

Like Smitty901 I usually prefer motorcycles as my primary form of transportation. I do like the truck on bad weather days but it is big, thirsty, and difficult to park in the ever shrinking parking stalls. Aside from my royal enfield parts runner with 2 small hard side bags my bikes don't have much carrying capacity so I end up taking a bigger vehicle most of the time when I'm shopping. I look forward to the elio offering me another option over the truck for bad weather and shopping. I also look forward to the elio being an alternative fun vehicle to drive.

..........."and difficult to park in the ever shrinking parking stalls"............
I thought that was just my imagination.
Seems like every time they repaint the lines the spots get a little smaller....... or my truck gets bigger.

Having lived a fair amount of my life out of a Ruck sack and an A bag stored somewhere I was not , I have no problem packing what I need in the bike without looking like the Beverly Hillbillies. I can pack a suit and have it looking just fine when I get there. Use to carry my Class A"s on the bike.
Of course years with a Bagger have spoiled me a bit ,the FB stay home on longer runs.
Sense the ELIO is not showing up for awhile new bike in August.
