Any idea on the stop&go mileage?

I was thinking maybe 60-ish. Right now I drive a 99' Saab 9-5 wagon that gets 15 MPG city. A little bit of an upgrade would be nice

I imagine a fourth-gen production fuel-cell electric Elio with hub motors in each drive wheel, the fuel cell stack where the engine now sits, and two larger bulges on each side of the vehicle for the hydrogen tanks (replacing the current exhaust bulge and supplementing the main tank behind the passenger). By that time, Cella Energy or another group may have perfected lightweight, solid-state hydrogen storage (see here)

What mileage would the yellow version achieve?

Yellow will run on unicorn farts or a childs laughter... They are both measured in non-imperial units that you wouldn't be used to and I'm not sure of the exact conversion rates ATM. I think the marketing group missed the "Bi-fuel" advertising.
