Horse Power Train for the Elio?

I found a site that makes engines. It is located in Spain. Horse Power Train makes - IIRC - engines and transmissions. Instead of making an engine themselves, I wonder if Elio could have used one from this company? (just thinking out loud since the Elio company seems to be no more). About.

Elio already solved this problem back in 2018. They ditched their own engine and went with a Fortune 500 Engine.
