I never had a problem until they started putting inertial retractors on them. (Even had them installed in my '57 Healey and order them as an option in my '63 Buick Special convertible.) They were (are) really miserable off road or rough road. Felt like they were trying to cut me in half. Then I got my pacemaker which just happens to be directly under the shoulder portion of the belt. Lends a new level of irritation on rough roads. Glad Elio will mount front shoulder anchor on the right hand side of the car.

My coming of driving age sons who are learning to drive would appreciate such seat belt for their anxiety ridden mother. :D.

My oldest son who is Momma's boy has said to me more than once he prefers learning to drive with me because I don't freak out every 5 seconds.

Funny all my kids want a road trip to Colorado for their mom :D :D.

For a big guy like me I know the exact feeling getting that stupid retactor when you bend over trying pick up your donut off the floor. MMMM Donuts.
