So this is not a competitor to the Elio, but to the entire intercity transportation infrastructure.
Elio's and the JPod would work together nicely in the city of the future, IMHO.

ON a work day, you drive your Elio to the outlying park and ride, then start working immediately, so long as wi-fi is also available. Just saying. Given the Elio seats two, get dropped off by your spouse!

Gosh, I was just thinking, if wi-fi is installed, and they are dumb enough to give out monthly unlimited passes....

Just get on board, ride to the city but stay on the pod all day, unless some appointment crops up. And just pick-up your appointment and stay on board.

Yes, guess they will eventually charge per passenger mile.
